Vance Price Jr. is the owner and head trainer of Nanticoke Retrievers, located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. His passion for working with dogs began at a young age and has remained a constant throughout his life, eventually becoming a career dedicated to developing dependable, high-performing gun dogs.

Vance approaches every dog with patience, consistency, and an attention to detail that recognizes no two dogs are the same. His training focuses on building a strong foundation first, then developing the confidence, obedience, and retrieving ability needed to perform when it matters.

Whether he’s starting a young dog or developing an advanced retriever, Vance’s goal remains the same: build a dog that is dependable in the field, enjoyable at home, and one its owner can be proud of.
